For several years, and again in the fall of 2023, Troy HS Team Math lead teachers present at OCTM (Ohio’s state math teacher’s conference), leading other districts through the importance and implementation of Desmos in the classroom as well as introducing the Math Support Course to other schools across the state. Implementing these two key structures into our math curriculum has propelled our district to be a top leader in the state for both Math Achievement and Growth scores.

At the high school level, we have a number of alternative education pathways for students: Troy Online Program for Success (TOPS) is a stay-in-school program. Our Career-Based Intervention (CBI) allows students to attend school, while also working during school hours. Our Credit Redemption Program (CRX) allows students who have failed a class to make up those credit hours. We also have a FLEX program, which allows students to take classes online and a 5th-Year Cohorts Program, which assists students who may need five years to graduate from high school.
